While the initial contact and discussion were great, the output was not what we have agreed on, unfortunately. Lack of capacity shouldn't be an excuse especially combined with the lack of communication about it. Instead of leaning on AI, Susan could have just reached out to me and together we could prioritize the edits that truly mattered.
