From an awkward, insecure young adult trapped in a life she thought she ‘should’ pursue, to now—solo traveling, healed my OCD, and fell irrevocably in love with myself. Left my government job to live a slow, intentional life in a beach town, running my wellness studio with my dog by my side. I’ve found freedom—of time, location, and finances—but most importantly, a life that fits perfectly and feels amazing in my body. This confidence and transformation didn’t happen by chance. My journey of self-love showed me I deserved the world, so I went out there and created it.
