CLO 3D Apparel Designer / 3D Fashion Specialist Professional Experience Experienced in creating realistic 3D apparel and garment simulations using CLO 3D, from 2D patterns and garment construction through virtual fitting, material development, rendering, and presentation. Key Responsibilities & Expertise: Created accurate 3D garments from 2D patterns and developed virtual samples in CLO 3D. Developed and simulated shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, dresses, trousers, jackets, and other apparel styles. Applied realistic fabric properties, textures, colors, prints, trims, and surface details. Adjusted fabric physical properties including stretch, bending, stiffness, thickness, weight, friction, and shrinkage for realistic garment behavior. Performed virtual fitting and garment evaluation, identifying issues such as tension, wrinkles, fitting problems, and pattern imbalance. Developed and refined 2D patterns and construction details for accurate 3D visualization. Created realistic sewing arrangements, seam structures, hems, collars, cuffs, pockets, zippers, buttons, and other garment components. Produced photorealistic garment renders, product presentations, and fashion visualization images. Created CLO 3D garment animations to demonstrate movement, fit, drape, and fabric behavior. Prepared garment visuals for tech packs, product development, client presentations, e-commerce, and marketing purposes. Worked from sketches, reference images, measurements, technical specifications, and existing tech packs to develop complete 3D garment samples. Collaborated with clients/designers to refine garment silhouettes, proportions, construction, materials, and colorways. Exported and prepared 3D assets and renders for use in Blender and other 3D visualization workflows.
