Employer : Keitt Exporters Limited ( Kenya based ) • Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost accounting, Inventory accounting, Fixed asset management, Payroll and tax filings. Completely own the P&L and Balance sheet. • Execute tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns. • Ensuring formulation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and other management reports to group management and preparation of dashboards both periodically and ad-hoc basis on management requirements. • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and timely resolution of audit findings. • Lead team of 14 Managers, Senior associates & Associates of finance function for six companies of group. Overseeing financial operations of group, preparing budgets & actualizations, and executing variance reporting & suitable future line of actions. • Streamline daily/weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts for group of companies while ensuring compliance with regulatory framework & standards. Executing weekly cash actualization reports and variance analysis for working capital management • Ensuring processing of all payments in compliance with local laws & company’s policies. Actively playing key role as part of core working group of Keitt Group. Coordinating with HR department for payroll files and payroll statuaries filing & payments • Leading 50 million USD purchases annually and driving cost saving initiatives for these purchases. • Leading system uplift to accommodate changing requirements of the business while adeptly managing master data for group.
