FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
After placing your order (or contacting me first), I’ll send a detailed questionnaire to better understand your brand, goals, audience, and style preferences. The more detailed your answers, the better the results.
What files will I receive?
You’ll receive vector files (AI, CDR, PDF), high-resolution PNG and JPG, plus TIFF if needed.
Are fonts included in the final delivery?
Due to licensing rules, I can’t send font files directly. I’ll provide links for legal purchase/download. If needed, I can purchase the font on your behalf as an Extra service (including its cost + fees), after which I’ll send the file.
Can I ask for changes after delivery?
You can request revisions only before the milestone is approved. Once you've approved the delivery, any further changes are considered Extra work and require an additional payment.
Will I own the final design?
Yes. Once the project is complete and payment is cleared, you will have full rights to the final approved design. I retain the right to display the work result in my portfolio.
Can you also design packaging, social media, or print materials?
Yes! I can create a variety of brand assets based on your approved identity, including packaging, business cards, social media templates, and more. Let’s discuss your needs.
Do you offer brand guidelines?
es, if included in your package or requested as an add-on. The guidelines cover logo usage, color palettes, typography, and design rules to keep your brand consistent.
What if I need just a logo without the full brand identity?
If you only need a logo, that’s absolutely fine! I’m flexible and can tailor an individual offer based on your specific needs and project scope. Just send me the details, and I’ll suggest the best option for you.
