Will I get a printed letter in the mail?
No, this is a digital download. You get a high-quality PDF to print at home or at a print shop (cardstock looks great), plus a phone-friendly image in Standard and Premium.
Can the letter be from more than one pet?
Yes! Multi-pet letters count as one letter; just tell me about each pet. Very long letters may need the Standard package.
Is the letter written by AI?
I may use AI tools to brainstorm, but every letter is written, edited and personalized by me, built around the details you share.
