I am a doctoral candidate in economics with extensive experience in data analysis and statistics & econometrics. I prefer to work in R, which I have applied for research and process automation, but I am also comfortable with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI. My professional experience includes 2.5 years as a full-time senior economist at the central bank of Latvia, as well as summer internships in a global container shipping company, MSC, and the largest retail bank in the Baltic region, Swedbank.
