I work with small and mid-sized businesses to set up the software systems behind their day to day operations customer relationship management, online sales, and process automation. Each project starts the same way: I get on a call or message thread with the business owner to understand exactly where things are breaking down whether that's leads going cold, manual admin eating up hours every week, or an online store that isn't converting. From there, I map out the right combination of tools for their specific business, rather than pushing a one size fits all setup. Depending on the client, this has included building CRM systems with automated lead follow-up and appointment booking, setting up e-commerce stores with integrated payment and shipping, and connecting different software together so information flows automatically instead of being entered by hand. Once everything is built, I test it thoroughly before handing it over, and walk the client through exactly how to use it, so they're not left with a system they don't understand. Most of my work continues past the initial setup too, since businesses often come back as their processes grow and need adjusting. I've delivered this kind of work across e-commerce, health & wellness, real estate, coaching, and service-based businesses always with the same goal: less manual work for the business owner, and a system that keeps running whether they're actively watching it or not.
