What is your working language ?
All of my 3 packages include Thai-English and English-Thai.
How do I count words in my document ?
You count words in your original document. Then, you select a package that corresponds with your project. For example, you would like to translate from Thai to English. You count Thai words from MS Word or Pages.
If my document is in pdf file, how can I count words ?
Fortunately, you can use tools on the Internet or convert your pdf file into .docx or .pages and count words. However, the tools may not work in some language families, such as Kra-Dai(Thai) or Japonic.
When will you start working on my project?
I start working immediately when I receive your order. Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Paris UTC+1) In case we have a huge time difference between cities(Paris UTC+1), please be patient.
If I have less than 100 words, do I have to choose a Basic package?
