Towards the middle of the project there were signs he had not done work for them because he used the wrong format and had to do it over. At the end, after weeks...

This freelancer advertised ACX and Audible on his profile. I requested his services to sell my book on ACX. He took my $300 and at the end I find out his platform was not compatible which he knew from the beginning! The way fiverr is set up, once the work is "complete" you're stuck. They gotten their money. There is no resolution.
