I advised on complex corporate and commercial matters, providing strategic input on transactions, disputes, and regulatory compliance. I represented a regulatory authority in judicial proceedings before the Lahore High Court concerning oversight matters, and assisted a public sector company in contract drafting, financial restructuring, and high-value litigation, including securing interim relief in an intra-court appeal involving auction rights worth PKR 1.5 billion. I was involved in arbitration proceedings relating to a PKR 347 million consultancy dispute concerning a hydropower project. I also rendered legal opinions to corporate clients on contractual, regulatory, and tax matters, including advising on PKR 1.282 billion tax claims under a World Bank-funded project. I provided governance and compliance advice to a government-owned company under the Companies Act, 2017, and contributed to a legal audit identifying significant financial irregularities. Additionally, I assisted in representing a tax authority before the Lahore High Court, conducted corporate due diligence, and advised on the legal framework for establishing a private university in Punjab, including drafting its charter for legislative approval.
