I am the Founder of Skyline AI, focused on building practical AI automation solutions that solve real business problems. My work combines business process understanding with hands-on implementation of AI agents, conversational systems, CRM automation and workflow automation. I develop AI voice agents for inbound and outbound calling, AI chatbots, automated lead qualification and follow-up systems, CRM workflows, business dashboards, and API/webhook integrations. One of my key projects is a Real Estate AI Voice CRM that combines automated AI calling, customer databases, campaign management, property knowledge, call scheduling, lead qualification, follow-up tracking, transcripts and recordings. The system classifies prospects as Hot, Warm or Cold and helps sales teams focus on qualified opportunities. I have also developed a Gemini-powered business chatbot integrated with Supabase for conversational lead capture, customer requirement collection and automated lead scoring. My other projects include FMCG sales and recovery automation, customer and receivable management, business reporting systems, and workflow applications for small and medium businesses. Technologies and platforms I work with include Gemini/LLMs, AI voice agents, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Next.js, APIs, webhooks and cloud/serverless deployment. Before entering AI, I built more than 20 years of experience across sales, financial services, business operations and entrepreneurship. This helps me understand a client's business requirement first and then design an AI solution around the actual workflow. My goal is simple: build AI automation that saves time, improves customer follow-up, reduces repetitive work and helps businesses generate more revenue.
