I worked to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize disruption and ensure the smooth functioning of office operations. I also provided technical and operational support to field staff, assisting them with data collection, reporting, digital communication, and the use of computerized systems and other technology-related tools. I communicated relevant instructions, updates and helped resolve issues that could affect the timely submission and processing of information.
