What is the difference between the STANDARD and the PREMIUM package?
The difference is, we are creating the characters and the props from scratch in the premium package. In the standard package, we are using the characters and the props from our library.
Can the video be longer than 30 seconds?
Of course! The 30 seconds statement is just my way to write my pricing. You can order a package multiple times if you need longer videos.
I already have a script and/or VO track, can I get a discount?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a discount for providing materials at this time. Integrating voiceover tracks and scripts into a video is a time-consuming process which requires intensive attention to detail and an expert’s skillful eye for a premium end result without “cutting corners”.
What if I don't have a script?
No worries. We have professional scriptwriters in our team and we can write a fresh and clear script for your video at an affordable cost. Only English scripts.
Do you provide other languages besides English?
Yes, we work with voice over artists from all over the world so we can provide a wide range of languages and accents.
What are source files, file formats and deliverables?
I'm sorry we do not share the source file/ RAW file. What you get on final delivery is the video with Full HD format 1920x1080 (mp4), mp3 file of the voice over. and background music (if you need these 2)
What about revisons?
I offer revisions ONLY in the animations. But if you need revisions in voice-over, then there will be an extra cost for voice revision. So please make sure you have provided me with the final script.
