FAQ
Q1: Is this a ready-made script or custom built?
Fully custom built — no WordPress plugins, no pre-made templates. I write the code from scratch using React and Spring Boot, tailored to your specific business flow. You own 100% of the source code.
Q2: Can you add more features after delivery?
Yes — every system I build is modular. Adding features later is straightforward because the architecture is clean and documented. Just message me and we can discuss a new order for additional modules.
Q3: Is the system mobile friendly?
Yes — fully responsive design is included in all packages. The tracking page and customer-facing screens are optimised for mobile. For a native mobile app (Android/iOS), message me to discuss a separate package.
Q4: Do you support real-time GPS tracking?
Yes — real-time GPS tracking via WebSocket or Firebase is included in the Premium package. For Standard and Basic, tracking is status-based (manual updates). GPS tracking can also be added as an upgrade — message me to discuss.
Q5: Will I get the source code?
Source code is included in Standard and Premium packages. For Basic, source code can be added as a gig extra. All code is clean, commented, and delivered via a private Git repository.
Q6: Can you integrate with existing systems or third-party APIs?
Yes — I can integrate payment gateways, SMS providers (Twilio), mapping APIs (Google Maps), and existing ERPs or databases. Describe your integration requirements in the order form and I'll confirm feasibility before starting.
