Day-to-day work covers buyer installment inflows and receivables aging by project, tracking vendor payments against work certifications, preparing cash flow forecasts that identify shortfalls and surpluses ahead, and building project budgets with actual-vs-budget monitoring. Designed and implemented an automated invoicing workflow with project references and a renovation client register, closing the billing-to-cash gap.
