Do I need to give you my personal master password to access my Kajabi account?
No. For security, you do not need to share your main password. You can simply go to your Kajabi settings and send a partner access request or a staff invitation directly to my email address.
Can you set up my custom domain name during this project?
Yes. I can link your custom domain (e.g., yourname.com) to your new Kajabi platform. To do this, you will need to temporarily provide contributor access to your domain registrar dashboard (like GoDaddy or Namecheap).
Does your package pricing include the cost of the Kajabi subscription?
No. You must purchase your own active monthly or annual Kajabi subscription plan independently. Our fee covers our professional design, structural setup, and platform development services only.
What exactly is included in the "up to 5 modules" limit for the Standard Package?
This means I will create up to 5 main content directories (chapters/modules) inside your course dashboard and fully upload the corresponding video lessons, text blocks, and downloadable PDFs you provide for those specific sections.
What happens if my online course has more than 5 modules?
If your course or membership site is a massive masterclass with more than 5 modules or dozens of files, please send me a message before ordering! I will gladly review your content outline and send a custom tailored quote for the extra upload scope.
Do you write the copy or provide images/videos for the pages?
No. I am a platform developer and designer. You must provide all of the final text/copy, high-resolution logos, branding guidelines, and video files. However, we will happily use clean placeholder text and generic stock graphics if your copy isn't 100% ready.
Can you migrate my entire existing course and site from another platform?
Absolutely. If you are moving away from Squarespace, WordPress, Teachable, or Thinkific, choose my Premium Package if fits requirements. I will handle the secure data migration, content moving, and pipeline reconstruction directly inside your new Kajabi hub.
Which payment processors can you link to my checkout pages?
I natively integrate Stripe and PayPal directly into your Kajabi checkout dashboard so you can safely process credit cards, offer multi-payment installments, and collect recurring membership subscriptions.
Can you connect external email marketing software like ConvertKit or Mailchimp?
Yes. While Kajabi has an exceptional built-in email tool, I can easily connect external platforms or set up automated third-party workflow triggers using Zapier integrations if your business requires a hybrid setup.
What kind of assistance or support do you provide after the order is completed?
Every project comes with a complimentary support window(15-30 days, depending on your package) to fix any launch glitches. Furthermore, for my Standard and Premium packages, I provide a personalised video walkthrough(additional charges) showing you how to manage your new backend layout with ease.
