What kind of files are required for professional editing?
The best files for retouching are RAW and TIFF. I can deliver high-quality results from any other type of file, like high-res JPG. If you are not sure about the quality of your photo, please send it to me before placing an order.
Are my photos and information protected? Will you post it without my permission?
I will protect your photos and information privacy and I will not share images anywhere without your permission. The work that I provide for you will not be used or published anywhere without your permission.
Can I get samples?
Sure you can! Message me for samples.
Can you deliver in 24 hours?
Yes, Please contact me for a 24hrs custom offer which will be based on the total number of photos. 24hrs timer starts when I receive your raw files.
How to send the raw files?
You may send your raw photos using google drive or dropbox. If they are already in the cloud, you may just send me the link to download. I can also create a link where you may upload you files. Please contact me to make sure I have all the files for the project.
