No, I will develop the backend. But there need any modification on frontend, I could do those.

There has a default database as SQLite. But I can integrate other database too (Like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL etc.)

There are so many payment gateways, such as PayPal, Stripe and more base on international or countrywide. You have to get that Payment gateway API, which will linked with your account.
