The solution doesn’t seem to be long term, Google searches console show several things to fix and theses fixes made the store faster long term.

Worked with Cody a second time, he completled the job and show me good page speed where the screenshots were taken at 1am. I check in the middle of the afternoon a day after and it was below 80. I messaged him and I still have not gotten a response!

This optimization is not real. He installed a script that cheats the métrics platform but the performance remains poor in the Page. You better invest your money in a Shopify plugin to boost your speed.
