Can you create an account for me?
No, you should already have ads running to purchase this gig.
Can I give you my login?
No. I will give you the process we'll use to connect my manager account (MCC) account and your client account.
What if my account is disabled, suspended, or restricted?
I can only work with active accounts in good standing.
My ad account was suspended or disabled and I created a new one. Can you use this account?
No. This is against Google's terms of service. If you have another account, you'll have to work to get that one fixed. I can't work on the new account. It will be suspended or disabled.
Do you need access to my Shopify?
Yes, that will be helpful to make sure everything is set up correctly from the start.
Can you violate Google's policies for me?

Can you work with insurance, mortgage, alcohol, prescription drugs, marijuana, or gambling?

What if my tracking isn't working?
I can help fix it, but you'll need to give me access to your Shopify site.
What if my account is suspended or my payment fails during management?
I will do my best to help fix any issues that I can. However, if the account is suspended because of something you've done like having 2 accounts or your payment fails, you will still be responsible for the management fee.
