I worked as an Enumerator with UNICEF on a baseline survey and social fieldwork project, where I was responsible for collecting accurate household and community-level data using structured questionnaires and digital data collection tools. I conducted interviews on key social indicators such as health, education, and sanitation, while ensuring strict adherence to data quality standards, survey protocols, and ethical guidelines. In this role, I effectively engaged with community members to build trust and encourage participation, contributing to the reliability of the data collected. I also collaborated closely with field supervisors and team members to meet project targets within specified timelines. This experience strengthened my competencies in data collection, communication, teamwork, and field-based research within a development-focused environment.
