Über mich
I'm a professional session bassist, composer and arranger with many years of studio and international live experience. I record electric and upright bass, creating original parts with the right groove, feel and character for each song. I also compose and release my own music, developing ideas into complete compositions and arrangements. Years of live performance, jazz and improvisation have shaped my sense of groove, interaction and the music as a whole. I've recorded and performed with Dmitry Ilugdin, Tõnu Naissoo and Varvara Vizbor.

I have over 30 years of professional experience as a freelance musician, combining live performance, studio recording, composition and arranging. My career includes extensive work in jazz, pop, swing and original music, performing and recording with artists such as Tõnu Naissoo, Dmitry Ilugdin, Varvara Vizbor and Alena Toymintseva. Since moving to Spain in 2022, I have continued working actively with musicians, studios and live projects in Spain, recording both electric and upright bass and performing at concerts and festivals. Working in a new international environment has expanded my experience through collaborations with musicians from different backgrounds and musical traditions. Alongside session and live work, I compose and arrange my own music. In Spain, I have developed and recorded my recent original releases together with local professional musicians and studios. My experience today combines decades of live ensemble playing and improvisation with current studio work, composition and arranging.
