This is the second time we have worked with this seller to produce a video for our channel. The quality of the video, storytelling and price were all good. However, this time around we had a few difficulties getting across our requirements and needing to make some changes, and some requests were still not done (possibly language barrier).

Very good, he has great skill, makes good quality and makes sure to tell you whether what you are giving him as information is good or not. And he does the rest, but at times it gets hard when wanting small changes here and there due to a communication barrier. But other than that good work given by him.
