What do you need to start?
A measured site survey, location, boundaries, access information, photographs, project program, budget and timeline. Contour data is needed for sloping sites.
How do you develop the resort concept?
I study your business vision, target guests and site context, then develop a story that guides zoning, architectural composition, materials and guest experience.
Can you design for coastal or hillside sites?
Yes. The concept considers terrain, climate, views and access using the information provided. Engineering and site verification require the appropriate specialists.
Are structural MEP and permit drawings included?
They are included only when explicitly agreed in the package or custom offer.
How will I receive progress updates?
Projects lasting over a week include weekly progress updates through Fiverr. Revisions follow the agreed brief and package.
Which package fits my resort project?
Basic covers site analysis, zoning and concept massing up to 1000 sqm. Standard/Premium cover concept master planning up to 5000 sqm; Premium adds 8 renders and a 30-second walkthrough. One agreed design direction; detailed interiors, engineering and larger/complex sites need a custom offer.
