Excel or Google Sheets?
Either works - it's delivered as an .xlsx file that opens natively in Excel and imports cleanly into Google Sheets. I recommend Google Sheets since it's free and handles the newer formulas most smoothly.
I'm not exactly a "contractor" - landscaper/cleaner/handyman - does this work for me?
Yes - it's built to cover HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, roofing, handyman, painting, and cleaning out of the box, and the field labels are easy to adjust for any other service trade.
Is there a monthly fee or plugin I'll need later?
No. Every formula, dropdown, and chart is native to the spreadsheet - it's yours to keep with no recurring cost. Apps Script automations (like PDF invoices) are available as a separate optional upgrade, never required.
What do you need from me to start?
Fill out the requirements after ordering -- the more specific, the faster the turnaround.
Can you customize it further after I receive it?
Yes - Premium includes one round of deeper customization, and I offer additional customization or new dashboard views afterward as a separate order.
Will it break if my business grows past the included rows?
No - every tab is pre-built with working formulas for several hundred rows. The Start Here tab shows the one-step way to extend that further if you ever need to.
