Yes — everything is deployed in your own AWS account so you own 100% of the infrastructure. If you don't have one, it's free to create and I'll guide you on the permissions needed to get started.

This gig focuses on conversational AI — bots that have intelligent, natural dialogues with users, retrieve information, and handle transactions via chat or voice. The Agentic AI gig focuses on multi-step autonomous agents that plan and take sequential actions across tools.
Can the bot answer questions from my own documents or website?
Yes — that's exactly what the RAG pipeline in the Premium package does. It indexes your PDFs, knowledge base articles, website content or database into Amazon Kendra or Bedrock Knowledge Base, and the bot retrieves accurate answers from your data in real time.
Which industries do you have experience with?
