Worked with businesses and service-based companies to improve lead management, customer follow-up, appointment booking, and sales processes through CRM configuration and business automation. My work focused on identifying where leads were being lost or delayed and designing practical systems that helped businesses respond faster, organize prospects, and move opportunities through a structured sales process. I configured and managed CRM environments, including contact organization, custom fields, pipeline stages, lead statuses, tags, workflows, triggers, tasks, notifications, and follow-up sequences. I also built automated processes for new lead response, missed-call recovery, SMS and email follow-up, appointment reminders, lead nurturing, reactivation, and booking workflows. A major part of my work involved GoHighLevel, where I helped businesses connect their lead-generation and customer communication processes into one organized system. I created workflows that could respond to new inquiries, notify sales teams, assign leads, send timely follow-ups, encourage appointment booking, and maintain communication when prospects did not respond immediately. I have supported automation needs across service-based and appointment-driven businesses, including home services, HVAC, med spas, real estate, and dental practices. Each project required understanding the client's existing sales process, identifying operational gaps, mapping the customer journey, and translating those requirements into reliable CRM and automation workflows. I also worked on improving the consistency of sales operations by creating clear pipeline structures and follow-up processes. Rather than simply installing automation tools, I focused on making the system practical for the business team to use, with clear stages, actions, notifications, and handoff points.
