Google workspace is a great choice for business email which was formerly called as Gsuite. It is often called as Gmail with own branded custom domain.
Gmail need to verify your domain name with a DNS TXT or CNAME record or by a file upload/meta tag adding to your website. Then it asks you to add MX records to route emails to your business email inbox. After that you need to setup SPF, DKIM and DMARC records (all are TXT records) to send business emails with reputation and proper delivery. It is important to authenticate your sending domain before using Instantly ai or similar cold email services.
