Worked with Carpatree to successfully migrate their ecommerce storefront from Lovable to Shopify while maintaining the brand's premium user experience and creating a more scalable foundation for future growth. The project required carefully rebuilding the existing store structure, design elements, and functionality within Shopify without disrupting the customer journey. I managed the full migration process, ensuring a smooth transition while optimizing the storefront for performance, usability, and long-term maintainability. Beyond the migration, I redesigned key homepage sections to improve product visibility, strengthen brand presentation, and create a more engaging shopping experience. Additional custom functionality was implemented to support business requirements and enhance store performance. The final Shopify store delivered a cleaner user experience, improved navigation, responsive functionality across all devices, and a conversion-focused storefront structure aligned with the brand's ecommerce goals.
