History with Marine Hub Bay As the AI Business Developer and Technical Lead for Marine Hub Bay, I spearheaded the development and deployment of a comprehensive maritime logistics, procurement, and vessel services marketplace. Recognizing the operational complexities within maritime supply chains, I structured an end-to-end platform architecture featuring specialized user roles—spanning vendor management, inventory controls, customer fulfillment, and dedicated delivery agent tracking modules. To differentiate Marine Hub Bay in a competitive logistics landscape, I expanded the platform beyond core transactional workflows by integrating advanced growth engines, including custom search engine optimization architectures and automated AI agents. Key Achievements Platform Architecture & Multi-Dashboard Deployment: Successfully designed and delivered Marine Hub Bay's core infrastructure, implementing robust administrative, vendor, and customer-facing interfaces with integrated ticket management and dispute resolution mechanisms. AI Engine Integration: Developed and deployed an AI automation suite tailored for maritime procurement, specifically targeting dynamic quote generation, automated lead management, and elevated customer retention rates. Driven Operational Profitability: Projected and optimized platform workflows to drive a 15% to 30% increase in overall platform profitability through reduced turnaround times and automated customer support processes. End-to-End Visibility & Logistics Control: Streamlined maritime vessel services by providing real-time order tracking and dispatch workflows for delivery agents, significantly lowering friction in vessel supply chains.
