What do you need to get started?
for the basic package I need your logo, color preferences and your website. for the $10 and $25 packages I will need( logo, color preferences and your website) + the original document you want me to format , please note that each package has a page limit.
How many colors you use within the template?
Preferably, one main color for design elements, accent color for subtitle but I create a color theme of 6 different colors based on your logo which you can use through out the file. the idea to maintain color harmony and good experience using the file. using too much colors can lead to eye strain.
Will I be able to change the file content (text & images) myself?
Sure, the delivered files will be fully editable using Microsoft Word application and word online but not alternative apps, if you use MAC the new word format will not work. to be sure, discuss your requirements before ordering
Do I need to contact you after I place my order?
you need to provide a detailed order description message which I will read and contact you if I need clarification. after I deliver order preview you will need to contact me to explain any needed changes. please make sure you have the time for that. no other way to know what's on your mind.
I want to create an editable copy of a design that I have, can I order your gig for that?
Yes but you have to discuss your requirements with me first then I will give you a custom offer based on the work needed, the packages will not fit as designs differs by time and efforts needed. also some changes may be needed to bring the design into editable word document.
I want to send my document by Outlook , can I order your gigs for that?
Not directly. you can send it as PDF. using word for sending emails is a bad practice you should considre using another application that support responsive email design - contact me for more details or google it :) , check my other gig https://www.fiverr.com/shaimaaeid/create-an-email-newsletter
Do you provide work in Hindi, Asian or Hebrew ?
No, I only provide work for Latin based languages my software doesn't support Hindi, Asian or Hebrew
