• Led the end-to-end As-Is capture of 200+ processes across 19 Maintenance and 4 Production streams, and 23 company codes, including detailed To-Be SAP requirement gathering in collaboration with EY (Transformation Vendor) and TMC (SAP Implementation Vendor). • Actively participated in Business Process Re-engineering, Process Gap Analysis, and identifying the discrepancies between current operations and desired future-state models developed by EY. • Finalized the SAP PM & PP organizational structure and functional location coding in close coordination with the TMC Solution Architect and Group PP & PM leadership. • Coordinated with 45-plus core users/BPOs/Functional Leads to finalize and sign off of Solution Design Documents (SDDs) for 23 company codes of PP & PM. • Participated in Target Operating Model (TOM) sessions, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and Punjab Group's working environment. • Optimized WRICEF objects, reducing customization by aligning PP & PM operations with SAP standard reports. • Mobilized the PP & PM on master data readiness as per SAP templates, across 23 company codes, and escalated critical needs to top management for smooth execution. • Collaborated with the SAP Basis team to define robust authorization roles, ensuring optimal control over Group PP & PM operations across Shared Services, Maintenance, Production Planning, Engineering Change Management, and Long-Term Planning, MRP. • Designing dynamic SAP workflows, reports, and forms for various production areas, tailored to the specific needs of 04 company codes. • Served as the primary point of contact for 45-plus core users/BPOs/Functional Leads, effectively resolving PP & PM module queries and issues per SAP best practices.
