I will build ai tennis analytics with ball tracking and player detection

Über diesen Service
Turn your tennis footage into useful player, ball, and court analytics.
I will develop a custom tennis video analysis system using Python, PyTorch, OpenCV, and deep learning.
Depending on your package, features include:
Tennis ball detection and tracking
Player detection and tracking
Ball trajectory visualization
Court detection and homography
Player positions on a tactical minimap
Bounce detection and estimated IN/OUT classification
Shot speed estimation where footage supports measurement
Annotated video and CSV analytics export
All packages include source code and setup instructions for one agreed camera setup using recorded singles footage.
Results depend on resolution, frame rate, camera angle, motion blur, and occlusion. Speed estimates require suitable calibration and motion assumptions. IN/OUT predictions are analytical estimates, not certified officiating decisions.
Custom training, doubles support, live integration, and additional camera setups are quoted separately.
Please send a sample video before ordering so we can confirm feasible features, scope, and delivery time.

FAQ
What type of tennis footage works best?
A stable, elevated view with the full court visible works best. Higher resolution and frame rate help track the small, fast-moving ball. Please send a sample before ordering so I can assess suitability
Can the system estimate shot speed?
Yes, where footage and calibration support it. A single camera cannot directly measure the ball’s full 3D motion, so speed estimates depend on assumptions and will be validated where reference measurements are available
Are the IN/OUT calls suitable for official matches?
The system provides estimated calls for analysis and review. It is not a certified line-calling system. Close bounces, occlusions, and motion blur can affect the result.
Does the system work in real time or support doubles?
The listed packages cover recorded singles footage. Real-time processing and doubles support can be assessed and quoted separately based on sample footage, hardware, and requirements.
