I requested a project with clear instructions that I required screenshots. He was able to complete the pkt file but not the project as a whole. I'm unsure how he was able to misinterpert my instructions, but even after bringing it up his revision made no improvement. Do not ask him for anything but a pkt flie he will not be able to understand you.
