Key Responsibilities: 3D MEP modeling in Revit (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) Preparation of 2D construction drawings from Revit models MEP coordination and clash detection with architectural & structural disciplines HVAC load calculation, duct sizing, and chilled water pipe design Electrical design and drafting as per NEC standards Plumbing system design as per IPC & UPC codes Fire protection design based on NFPA standards (sprinkler systems) COMcheck energy analysis for permit approval (IECC compliance) Quantity takeoff, BOQ preparation, and schedule sheets Project Experience: Multi-storey residential buildings (up to 10 floors) Commercial projects including C-Store and fuel systems Full MEP permit drawing sets and coordination projects
