Hello, I’m Seann. I own Japancierge, a concierge company in Japan for all of your travel needs.
Before starting Japancierge, I worked as an E-Commerce Manager in Tokyo, a professional photographer, and tour guide. We work 10am-6pm JST, Monday - Friday. If you contact me outside of that time, please be patient. It might take me 24 hours to reply. Please ignore my "online" status. My computer is online all the time, so it may show me as online when I am not actually online.

Really responsive. Travelling to Japan from Australia to watch the World Rally Championship (WRC), the guys manage to secure requested tickets for myself since I don’t have a Japanese phone number. Will definitely use them in the future.
