Über mich
Hello, I’m Seann. I own Japancierge, a concierge company in Japan for all of your travel needs.
Before starting Japancierge, I worked as an E-Commerce Manager in Tokyo, a professional photographer, and tour guide. We work 9am-5pm JST, Monday - Friday. If you contact me outside of that time, please be patient. It might take me 24 hours to reply. Please ignore my "online" status. My computer is online all the time, so it may show me as online when I am not actually online.
I look forward to working with all of you on Fiverr!

Unfortunately getting retail sale Sumo tickets has become next to impossible. He did his best to secure them when they went on sale but they sold out instantly. He was able to easily secure the exact date and type of ticket we wanted on the secondary market, however they are expensive. This is no fault...

This was my first purchase with Japancierge and Fiverr altogether. They answered all my questions and concerns in a prompt period of time. They ordered my items the night that I requested it to them and sent pictures of my items once they arrived a couple of days later. I paid for the most expensive...

This was my first experience with Fiverr and Japancierge. They kept me updated as they ordered the items the night I sent the request and also once they received them. With the most expensive shipping option, my items arrived within 6 days to the USA. I would definitely work with them again!

We haven’t arrived in Tokyo yet but so far our experience with Seann has been really smooth! It’s quite expensive but we did not want to miss out on the Ghibli museum :)

I would recommend Seann to anyone - he went above and beyond to help me through the tricky process of sending my package back to Ireland after it was rejected by Irish customs. Very understanding and easy to communicate with. He explained the shipping process very well and kept me updated throughout.
