FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Just send your abstract or paper, your target journal, and any rough sketches or reference figures you have. The more context you give, the more accurate the design. I'll confirm everything before you order.
What file formats will I receive?
You get a high-resolution print-ready image (PNG/TIFF or PDF) sized to your journal's specs. Editable source files (AI/SVG/PSD) can be added on request so you can make future tweaks yourself.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Every package includes revisions (1 in Basic, 3 in Standard, 5 in Premium) so we can fine-tune colors, labels and layout until the figure is exactly right for your paper.
Will my unpublished work stay confidential?
Absolutely. Your manuscript, data and figures are kept private and never shared or reused. As a fellow researcher, I fully respect that your work is unpublished and confidential until it's out.
