Step Media Ltd. Started as a Supervisor – Interior and later advanced to Operations Manager – Interior, overseeing multiple commercial interior and signage projects. During my time there, I collaborated with several major multinational companies, including Samsung, Unilever, and Xiaomi, working on the development and renovation of sales outlets, service centers, offices, and factory facilities. My responsibilities included site measurement, design coordination, project costing, and execution management. One of the final and most notable projects I was involved in was the Sheraton Dhaka project under Marriott International. In this project, I was responsible for operational management of the exterior monument signage, two façade signages, three high-rise signages, and the full signage system for guest rooms and lobby areas.
