I'm a Neurodiversity & Employability Coach, supporting neurodivergent people in their work. My coaching combines lived experience with professional training, giving me an understanding approach.
My prior career was in healthcare, where I progressed into roles in clinical education and recruitment.
I’m passionate about neurodiversity and inclusion, and helping individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered.
My qualifications include: Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring (RQF), Level 3 Understanding Autism (RQF), Employability Essentials (IEP), Advanced ADHD Coaching (CPD).
