I am a little disappointed. I usually get the work done within 24 hours, max 48; it took three days for such a non-complicated and not very appealing intro. It didn't look all that professional. The price was way too high for what it is, so yes, I am disappointed.

Honestly, not worth the money just from the simple fact of the project being sent back to you is 1080 P even though you’re sending 4K footage. My first video I received to review had the same clip edited into it twice, nor did it have words across the screen as we agreed upon. Once trying to get a refund,...
