Over the past several years, I have supported individuals through relationship-related challenges such as communication difficulties, emotional disconnection, attachment patterns, dating concerns, and family dynamics. Sessions were delivered online and in person in a supportive, non-clinical context. Worked collaboratively with clients to increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, coping skills, and clarity around personal values and decisions. Drew on counselling skills and psychology-informed approaches, including reflective listening, values-based conversations, cognitive strategies, and mindfulness practices. Maintained appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, documentation, and referrals when concerns extended beyond the scope of counselling and coaching.
