FAQ
Q1: What information do you need from me to get started?
A: I need your raw data (Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, or database access), your business goals for the dashboard, and any specific KPIs or metrics you want tracked. The more details you share, the faster I can deliver.
Q2: Can you connect my dashboard to a live data source?
A: Yes, I can connect Power BI to live data sources like SQL databases, Excel Online, or Google Sheets, so your dashboard updates automatically without manual re-uploading.
Q3: Do I need to already have Power BI installed?
A: No, you don't need any software. I'll build the dashboard and deliver it to you as a file or shared link, and guide you on how to view or edit it if needed.
Q4: Can you set up automated scheduled reports?
A: Yes, in the Standard and Premium packages I set up scheduled data refresh and can configure automated email delivery of reports.
Q5: What if I need revisions after delivery?
A: I offer revisions based on your package to make sure the final dashboard fully matches your requirements. Just message me with the changes you'd like.
Q6: Do you sign NDAs or handle confidential business data?
A: Yes, I take data privacy seriously and am happy to sign an NDA if your business data is sensitive or confidential.
