I will sync your google sheets data automatically into your db

Yes. The approach works with any system that has database or API access — SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or REST APIs. The core logic (validation, sync, error handling) is the same regardless of the destination system.

Basic gives you an architecture diagram and technical recommendation — a low-cost way to see the plan before committing. Standard includes a full evaluation of your current data flow plus a detailed proposal with cost and timeline for the actual implementation.

No — Standard is evaluation and proposal only. Implementation is scoped separately based on what the evaluation finds, usually as the Premium package or a custom quote if your case is more complex.

The system is built with automatic fallback — if a write to your database or ERP fails, no data is lost, and you get an error notification instead of a silent failure or corrupted record.

It's recommended to start with a test/staging environment. Production credentials are handled encrypted and only used with your explicit authorization.

Yes — this is exactly the kind of case the system was originally built for: multiple templates/employees feeding into one destination, with validation per entry and a summary notification to the supervisor.
