I’m from Chile and I work in cold calling and appointment setting. I’m comfortable talking to people I’ve never spoken with before and I don’t get discouraged easily when someone says no. For me, the main thing is having a good conversation, asking the right questions, and seeing if there’s a real opportunity. I’ve learned that people can tell when you’re just reading a script, so I try to keep my calls natural and straight to the point.
