I lead UI/UX for healthcare web and mobile products - designing in Figma and writing the production front end myself in React, React Native, HTML and Sass. Over ten years here I have built design systems and component libraries from scratch, taken products from no UI at all to shipped, run usability testing, and fixed live issues reported by real users. Highlights include a telehealth platform where I created the entire UI foundation and owned it for four years across web and mobile, and an accessibility programme where I implemented ADA-compliant typography and colour plus a theme-switching feature for colour-blind users. I also mentor designers, run design QA against the real build, and own our team skill matrix.
