I will create virtual staging and 360 tours for virtual real estate
tabitha xuis
Über diesen Service
Empty rooms are hard for buyers to picture. I virtually furnish your listing photos so buyers can see the space lived in, and I can turn your 360 photos into an interactive tour they can walk through online.
What I do:
- Virtual staging: furniture, decor and natural lighting added to empty-room photos
- Style options: modern, Scandinavian, classic, family or luxury
- Before and after versions of every photo
- A 360 virtual tour from your 360 camera photos, with hotspots and room labels (Premium)
- Shareable tour link plus high-resolution staged images
My rules for honest listings:
- I add furniture and decor only. Walls, windows, views and any damage stay exactly as they are.
- An optional 'Virtually staged' label on each photo
- Many markets require you to disclose virtual staging, so check your local rules.
What I need: high-resolution photos of each room (360 photos for tours) and your preferred style.
Send me your room count and style for an exact quote.

I help real estate agents, builders, and homeowners prep properties for sale, renovation, or construction. Floor plans are hard to edit, empty rooms hard to sell, and flat drawings hard to picture. I convert plans to clean DWG/DXF files, build 3D models and renders in Revit and SketchUp, virtually stage empty rooms, and create interactive 360 tours. [Your verifiable experience: years, project types.] You get a clear scope, drafts for review, and organized final files. See my portfolio for demo projects, labeled as such. Message me your project before ordering.
