I started as the editor. Now I run the team. I'm Samiul Arafat Imon, founder of Montage Motion a 30+ editor team producing talking heads, short-form, story-driven edits and motion graphics for coaches, agency owners and personal brands in 30+ countries. I've been cutting video since before it was a job, and since 2016 I've worked with brands like GUCCI, CULTMIA, PRAN and HONOUR. I'm also on the other side of the camera as a content creator. My own YouTube channel sits at 50k subscribers; content that lives or dies in the first three seconds. So I'm not guessing what holds attention. I fight for it every week with my own audience. I don't edit your videos myself anymore. That's the point. I built the team, and I'm the one who signs off on every cut before it reaches you: hook first, retention built in, nothing "fine" gets shipped. If your content is good but the numbers don't show it, that's the gap we close.
