I will create a crud website to store datas easily

When you store datas in your Pen and Paper regular format it's hard to input the datas which is even not effecient. Also, when you use Excel it is also hard for you to store tha datas as excel become hard to handle when you deal with all the datas and when you need to edit the respective data. So, it's also inefficient.
